I have created this Boo-tiful Treat Bag partially for My Pink Stamper's Envelope Challenge. I had planned to make these treat bags for Teacher's Gifts and had just not had time to make my inital design. Her challenge (Karlee's actually) helped get my rear in gear and get to creating.
